I was born in Rio, a city that was meant to be photographed. Inspired by the sea, the forest, the mountains and the amazing light and colors of the tropics, I naturally transformed into a landscape photographer. We cariocas are all a little bit like that. We love light!

That wasn't enough. I was also living in a city of deep contrasts and contradictions, a city of millions of  people trying to make ends meet. The happy, the sad, the crazy, hopeful and hopeless inhabitants of Rio made me a street photographer. But I craved to see new places and to meet new cultures.

And so I did, and I made myself  a traveling photographer. The atmosphere, the nature, the locations and the people are the building blocks of my art.

I consider myself lucky and I'm eager to share it all with you.
